Most consultants provide recommendations and leave. Most software companies provide technology and leave.
Rock Solid Foundation combines consulting, technology, financial services, and operational expertise under one roof. Our team has helped build organizations, lead programs, navigate compliance, implement systems, manage finances, and support child welfare providers through every stage of growth.
We don't just tell organizations what to do. We help them build it, implement it, and sustain it.

Because every organization is different, pricing varies based on the services you need, the size of your organization, and the level of support you're looking for.
Some organizations come to us for a single project such as T3C credentialing, accreditation preparation, or CaseBook implementation. Others partner with us for ongoing consulting, financial services, technology, and operational support.
The best way to receive accurate pricing is to schedule a discovery call with our team. We'll take time to understand your organization's goals, challenges, and current needs, then recommend a customized solution and pricing plan that fits your situation.
Our goal is simple: provide the support you need without paying for services you don't.

In addition, Rock Solid Foundation partners with OMNI to support organizations implementing the Together Facing the Challenge (TFTC) model.
This nationally recognized, evidence based approach helps strengthen caregiver skills, improve placement stability, and enhance outcomes for children experiencing foster care.
Our goal is not just to provide information, but to help your team build confidence, consistency, and long term success.

While Rock Solid Foundation's deepest expertise is in Texas child welfare systems, we do work with organizations in other states. Several organizations outside of Texas use CaseBook and benefit from our technology, training, and operational support.
Because regulations, licensing requirements, and child welfare systems vary by state, some services may need to be customized based on your location. If you're outside Texas, we'd be happy to learn more about your organization and discuss how we can support your goals.
The best first step is a conversation.
We'll learn about your organization, goals, challenges, and current needs. From there, we'll recommend the services, tools, or support that make the most sense for your situation.
No pressure. Just a chance to explore what's possible and determine whether we're the right fit for your team.
