Rock Solid Foundation is not responsible for disputes between a Customer and its authorized users.

Upload malicious code, malware, or harmful content

Interfere with platform performance or security

Use the Services in a manner that violates privacy, confidentiality, or applicable child welfare regulations

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access that violates these Terms.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, software, graphics, workflows, documentation, training materials, and platform functionality provided through the Services remain the property of Rock Solid Foundation or its licensors.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ROCK SOLID FOUNDATION SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

LOSS OF REVENUE OR PROFITS

SYSTEM DOWNTIME

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID TO ROCK SOLID FOUNDATION FOR THE APPLICABLE SERVICES DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
12. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Rock Solid Foundation, its affiliates, employees, contractors, and partners from claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from:

Violation of applicable laws or regulations
