Certain Services may be provided through organizational accounts managed by a customer organization (“Customer”).
If you access Services on behalf of a Customer:

• Your organization may disable or terminate your access at any time

Rock Solid Foundation is not responsible for disputes between a Customer and its authorized users.

• Attempt unauthorized access to systems or accounts

• Upload malicious code, malware, or harmful content

• Interfere with platform performance or security

• Use the Services in a manner that violates privacy, confidentiality, or applicable child welfare regulations

• Copy, resell, or exploit portions of the Services without written permission

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access that violates these Terms.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, software, graphics, workflows, documentation, training materials, and platform functionality provided through the Services remain the property of Rock Solid Foundation or its licensors.

• Logos, graphics, and branding

• Training and implementation materials

• Website copy and downloadable resources

• Proprietary consulting frameworks and operational tools

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

Customers retain ownership of the data, records, files, and content they upload or submit through the Services (“Customer Data”).

Customers are responsible for:

We do not guarantee specific regulatory, accreditation, licensing, or reimbursement outcomes.
11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ROCK SOLID FOUNDATION SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES

• LOSS OF DATA

• LOSS OF REVENUE OR PROFITS

• BUSINESS INTERRUPTION

• SYSTEM DOWNTIME

• REGULATORY ACTIONS OR PENALTIES

• DECISIONS MADE BASED ON INFORMATION PROVIDED THROUGH THE SERVICES

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID TO ROCK SOLID FOUNDATION FOR THE APPLICABLE SERVICES DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
12. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Rock Solid Foundation, its affiliates, employees, contractors, and partners from claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Services

• Violation of these Terms

• Violation of applicable laws or regulations

• Unauthorized or unlawful use of Customer Data

13. Modifications to the Services or Terms
We may update these Terms periodically as our Services evolve.
If material changes are made, we will provide reasonable notice through:

Continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
14. Termination
